Peel the potatoes and cut them like french fries. Peel and halve the garlic cloves.
In a large bowl, mix the prepared ingredients with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on a deep baking sheet and fry in the 180 degree oven for about 90 minutes until crispy. Turn the potatoes 2-3 times.
You can also use the rest of the boiled potatoes from the day before. Then a cooking time of 30 minutes in the oven is sufficient.
