- Wash rice and parsley. Press the garlic cloves. Chop the onion, parsley and bell pepper into small pieces.
- Heat the water and then add all the ingredients, except for the peas, together with the rice to the saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes while stirring.
- Add the peas and simmer for another 10 minutes while stirring.
- Goes with all Greek and Mediterranean dishes.
