Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, cocoa and chocolate chips together. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, add egg and milk and stir. Add the flour mixture, stir well.
  2. Put two teaspoons of dough on the baking sheet, bake in the oven preheated to 170 ° C for 8 minutes - the dough is still very soft, but don`t bake any longer!
  3. Distribute the meanwhile halved marshmallows on the biscuits and bake for another 2 minutes (mini-marshmallows are more practical, because halving is not necessary, but unfortunately not always available from me).
  4. Let cool on a wire rack and decorate with chocolate. They taste good as pure chocolate cookies even without marshmallows.
