First you put the 80 ml water and the 80 g sugar in a saucepan. Then you cook it for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring it until a syrupy mixture is formed. Then you take a bowl in which you mix the egg white, vanilla sugar and baking powder and whip for 5 - 6 minutes until stiff. Then mix both masses together and stir for 4 to 5 minutes until a creamy mass is formed. Finally, work the powdered sugar into the mass by stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
