Toast the diced ham and onion in a large pan with a dash of oil. Then add the zucchini and pepper cubes and squeeze in the clove of garlic. Fry for approx. 5 minutes while stirring. Deglaze with a good dash of red wine. When the red wine has evaporated, add the tomato paste and roast with it. Now add the cream, sour cream, tomato sauce, stock and the glass of water and let it simmer over a medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with sugar, pepper, salt, basil, a little oregano and paprika powder. Add a handful of grated parmesan cheese and stir in. Now add the gnocchi and let everything simmer for 3 minutes. Finally stir in the spinach and cook for about 1 - 2 minutes.
Arrange with a little parmesan and serve.
Our 9 year old daughter spontaneously designed this recipe herself and loves to cook it again and again.
