Instructions

  1. Finely chop the raw marzipan mixture. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with lemon juice until very stiff.
  2. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 150 ° C, gas: level 2).
  3. Beat butter, sugar, salt and egg yolk with a hand mixer until frothy. Sift in the flour and baking powder and stir in. Add marzipan and almond sticks and stir in. Fold in the egg whites. Place two paper muffin cases one inside the other, place on a baking sheet and fill 2/3 high with batter.
