Wash grapes, pat dry and cut in half. Divide 1/4 of the grapes into 1 large or 12 small bowls, layer 1/4 of the amaretti on top and drizzle with a little white wine.
Mix the mascarpone with the yoghurt, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour part of the mascarpone cream over the grapes and amaretti, layering the remaining ingredients alternately as before until they are used up. Finish with mascarpone cream. Dust with cocoa before serving.
It also tastes very good with a little less cream. If there are any amaretti or grapes left, you can use them to decorate.
