Instructions

  1. Mix mascarpone, yogurt, applesauce, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  2. Pour half of the cream mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Coarsely grate the 2 apples (keeping the skin on) over the cream.
  4. Sprinkle some of the cinnamon over the grated apples.
  5. Pour the remaining cream mixture over everything.
  6. Crumble the 6 ladyfingers over the top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon over the top as garnish.
  9. Serve chilled.
