Mascarpone – Apple – Cream

Instructions
Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt, applesauce and lemon juice. Pour half into a (casserole) dish. Coarsely grate the 2 apples with the skin on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Then pour the second half of the cream over it.
Crumble the spoon bisquits over the top.
Chill the cream for about 2 hours and then serve.
A bit of cinnamon is also suitable as a garnish.
