Mascarpone – Apple – Cream
Instructions
- Mix mascarpone, yogurt, applesauce, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
- Pour half of the cream mixture into a casserole dish.
- Coarsely grate the 2 apples (keeping the skin on) over the cream.
- Sprinkle some of the cinnamon over the grated apples.
- Pour the remaining cream mixture over everything.
- Crumble the 6 ladyfingers over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon over the top as garnish.
- Serve chilled.
