Ingredients

• 250 ml whipped cream
• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 100 g suar
• 2 packs biscuit (s) (chocolate cookies)
• 2 packs blueberries

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients except for the cookies and blueberries with a mixer and beat until the cream is nice and fluffy and stripes appear.
2. Then put some of the cream in a bowl and sprinkle some of the blueberries on top. Pour a few chocolate cookies over the cream with blueberries until most of the cream is covered. Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up and you end up with the cookies.
