Instructions

1. Combine mascarpone, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
2. Whip the cream for about 3-5 minutes until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently stir the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until just combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a wide, flat bowl. Drain the blueberries through a sieve and spread them on top.
