Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with a dash of milk. Stir the cooled chocolate mass into the mascarpone and add the natural yoghurt. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the cream.
  2. Pour half of the cream into jars or a dessert bowl. On top you put red fruit jelly or thawed berries, e.g. fresh strawberries marinated with amaretto or something red and fruity. Then put another layer of cream on top. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and chopped pistachios.
  3. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. This recipe was created out of time constraints, as there was a spontaneous invitation to the house and a dessert had to be found quickly. In the meantime, exactly this dessert is requested again and again - it goes very quickly and is very well received by the guests.
