Mix the mascarpone, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Pour the mixture into a piping bag. Now spray onto the sugar side of the ladyfingers and glue 2 ladyfingers together.
Dip the sticks briefly in the liquid cream and then turn them in the desiccated coconut. Let the finished chopsticks rest in the refrigerator overnight - they will then be very soft and loose.
Is quick to prepare and a delicious coffee snack or for in between. If you like it more fruity, you can also put two to three canned mandarins in between, which is also very tasty.
