Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, egg yolk, sugar, orange liqueur, lemon juice and lemon zest in a mixing bowl to a cream. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
  2. Put the Neapolitan waffles in a freezer bag, crush them with the heel of your hand and mix with the chocolate flakes.
  3. For serving, best layer in dessert glasses or in a larger dish. First add a layer of Neapolitan crumbs, followed by a layer of raspberries and a layer of cream. Alternately pour into the glasses until they are full. Finish with a layer of cream. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and serve garnished with a raspberry.
