Instructions

  1. I melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Now I add mascarpone spoon by spoon and stir with the hand mixer so that there are no lumps. Then I add the two types of quark and stir everything into a cream.
  2. Then I add the vanilla sugar, mix everything again and add the thawed or fresh raspberries. Then I put the cream in the cold for at least an hour, so it will set nicely.
