• 1 glass morello cherries
• 1 cup natural yogurt
• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g whipped cream
• 1 lemon (s), the juice it
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 90 g suar
• Chocolate shavings

Instructions

1. Drain the morello cherries. Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the mascarpone, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Layer morello cherries and cream alternately in a bowl, starting with cherries. Spread the chocolate shavings on top and serve.
