Instructions

1. Drain the morello cherries.
2. In a bowl, gently mix together the whipped cream, mascarpone, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
3. In a serving bowl, layer the drained morello cherries and cream mixture alternately, starting with the cherries.
4. Top with chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
