Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt until smooth, stir in the vanilla sugar.
Fill two tall glasses alternately with mascarpone cream and strawberry puree. The last layer should be strawberry puree.
Slip a heaped teaspoon of mascarpone cream on top and place a strawberry on top. Cut the second strawberry halfway from the base of the stem and clamp it on the edge of the glass. Chill the cream for at least half an hour.
Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or dust with cocoa and / or garnish with mint or lemon balm.
The mascarpone dream also tastes good with pureed apricots, nectarines or other seasonal fruits.
