• 500 g mascarpone
• 250 g cream quark
• 2 cups cream
• 200 g biscuit (s), (Amerettini)
• 150 g chocolate flakes, dark
• 2 sachets vanilla sugar
• 75 grams sugar
• 300 g raspberries, frozen

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the cream quark well, preferably with a mixer.
2. Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and beat until crumbly with the meat tenderizer.
3. Fold these amarettini crumbs with the grated chocolate under the mascarpone quark cream.
4. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the cream.
5. Finally, either fold in the frozen raspberries or layer them in dessert glasses:
