- Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the cream quark well, preferably with a mixer.
- Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and beat until crumbly with the meat tenderizer.
- Fold these amarettini crumbs with the grated chocolate under the mascarpone quark cream.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the cream.
- Finally, either fold in the frozen raspberries or layer them in dessert glasses:
- Cream raspberry cream
- Garnish with amarettinis and grated chocolate.
- Modification:
- Any other type of cookie can also be used, such as shortbread biscuits or egg cookies.
- Delicious with a berry mix instead of the raspberries!
