Mix the quark, yoghurt and mascarpone well with the sugar, it is best to use a hand mixer so that the sugar dissolves well. Then fold in the whipped cream.
Now layer the frozen raspberries and the quark mixture alternately (looks nicest in a glass bowl). Sprinkle with the grated chocolate.
Must go through for at least 3 hours (because of the raspberries); can be prepared the evening before and then stored in the refrigerator.
Tip: If you use fresh fruit, the amount of sugar is reduced!
