Instructions

1. Mix the mashed potatoes from the day before with the nutmeg and paprika powder.
2. Flour your hands a little and shape the mashed potatoes with your hands into small, not too thin cutlets. First turn in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Press the breading down a little.
3. Heat clarified butter or oil in the pan and fry the mashed potatoes schnitzel until golden-yellow.
