- Peel the potatoes and cook them until done. Puree with a pounder (not with the mixer!).
- Bring the cream / milk to the boil. Add the mashed potatoes and season with butter, salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry well, add the diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- Serve the mashed potatoes and sprinkle with the bacon mixture.
- Classic beetroot is served with it.
