Peel the potatoes, chop them roughly and cook them in salted water, drain and steam well dry.
Clean the pointed cabbage, cut into pieces and cut into strips. While the potatoes are boiling, fry the pointed cabbage in a little oil for about 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper and keep warm.
Mash the potatoes with the mascarpone, work in the pointed cabbage and season to taste.
