Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes until they are soft. Drain and allow to evaporate for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, roast the sesame seeds dry until they are fragrant. Bring the milk and cream to the boil with the butter and a little salt. Press or mash the hot potatoes through the press. Stir the milk mixture into the potato mixture. Stir in wasabi paste, sesame oil and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper, serve and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds.
