Instructions

  1. Peel and finely chop the onions and brown in the pan. Peel sweet potatoes and potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes, then mash.
  2. Add the butter, browned onions, garlic and mustard and mix well until the butter has melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. I like to make the puree with turkey breast from the römertopf.
