Melt 3 bars of chocolate in a water bath. When these have melted, melt the margarine / butter with them.
Separate 6 eggs, beat the egg whites into egg whites. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour, the baking powder and the vanilla sugar, and add the chocolate fat liquid to the batter. Then lightly fold in the egg whites.
Line a baking pan with baking paper and fill in the dough, create layers with shortbread biscuits for creative people: Put shortbread biscuits on the bottom, chocolate dough, top one layer with shortbread biscuits, chocolate dough and again with shortbread cookies and again chocolate dough.
Bake for 75 minutes at 130 degrees, let the cake cool down.
Melt the last bar of chocolate in a double boiler and pour in the 100 ml cream. Use this liquid as a couverture.
