Pour boiled, slightly cooled water over the matcha powder and stir well. Add honey and lemon juice and let cool.
In the meantime, peel the kiwifruit and cut into pieces. Since matcha tea tastes a bit tart, it should be the golden fruits, because these are much milder and sweeter than the green ones. If green kiwi are used, they should be fully ripe. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
Now put the tea and prepared fruits in a blender and mix everything well. Fill into glasses.
