Instructions

  1. Cut the matjes fillet into large pieces, add lemon juice.
  2. Cut the spring onions into thin rings, quarter the apples and cut across into small slices. Mix the creme fraiche, yoghurt and milk, add the spices and mustard. Mix everything carefully and let it steep in the refrigerator, covered. Season again to taste before serving.
