Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, clean, shake dry and pick into pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Wash the apple and cut in half. Remove the stem and core and cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop. Finely dice the pickles. Mix the sour cream, yogurt and lemon juice until smooth. Salt and pepper the dressing.
  3. Cut the matjes fillets into pieces and serve on the lettuce in portions together with the onions, apples, dill and the dressing.
