Bring the water with the broth to the boil. Then switch off the stove, add the Maultaschen to the pot and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Put the Maultaschen with the oil in a pan and fry on one side until crispy. Then turn it over and immediately place the toasted cheese on top. Let the cheese melt.
Take the dumplings out of the pan and place on a plate. Sprinkle with parsley to taste.
