Cut the dumplings into larger cubes. Dice the peppers and slice the leek. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
Heat some oil and fry the Maultaschen until they are roasted on all sides. Then add the vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes over medium heat. Deglaze with the soy sauce.
Now add the ketchup and the chili sauce, mix everything well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add lime juice and coriander and season with salt.
