  1. Peel the turnips, cut into thin slices and place on a plate. Wash the wild garlic, cut into strips and spread over the May turnips. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and light balsamic vinegar. If you like, add a few more drops of balsamic cream and let it steep a little.
