Instructions

  1. Put the mayonnaise and crème fraiche in a bowl (preferably a plastic bowl with a lid). Peel the garlic, chop it very finely or put it in a garlic press and add to the bowl. Then add the paprika powder and stir well.
  2. Then cover it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and then serve.
  3. Serve with salted crackers, raw vegetables or as a snack sauce for grilling, but also totally delicious as an accompaniment to fondue or raclette. Very suitable for parties.
