Anyone who likes Mc Fluffy or Mc Sunday ice cream knows that their recipe is protected and that you cannot get the exact ingredients. However, I have found and refined a recipe that comes very close to the taste of this ice cream.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the rest of the mixed ingredients until no lumps are visible, then place in the ice cream maker. The ice cream is ready in approx. 40 - 50 minutes.
Tip: Ingredients such as smarties, daim etc. can be added about 5 minutes before the end.
