Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, rinse in cold water and drain well. Drain the corn as well. Cut the cucumber, pickles and bell pepper into cubes. Slice the sausages diagonally and cut the cheese into strips. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Put everything in a bowl with the noodles. Mix vinegar with oil, season with salt and pepper and mix the salad with it.
Mix the crème fraîche with the sour cream, ajvar and lemon juice and serve on the salad.
