Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly chop the ginger. Peel the mango. First cut the pulp from the stone and then finely. Put both in a blender and puree. Then add orange juice, natural yoghurt and sugar and mix again.
  2. Fill into 4 glasses and serve garnished with a little lemon balm or mint.
