Instructions

  1. For the onion-bacon mixture, heat lean bacon cubes with clarified butter in the pan, roast the cubed onions and season with salt, pepper and Worcester sauce. Alternatively, you can use balsamic vinegar instead of Worcester sauce. The filling should definitely be creamy. Everyone should play with the seasoning a little until they have developed their favorite combination.
  2. Fry the meat loaf in butter over medium heat. Fry the fried eggs in another pan in butter over medium heat. Cut the mountain cheese into small cubes. Turn the meat loaf over, place the cheese on top of the meat loaf and cover the pan with a lid. Once the cheese has melted, apply the onion and bacon mixture. Place the fried egg on top as soon as the egg white is crispy on the edge.
  3. At the same time, fry the shallots in oil over medium heat, then add the diced paprika. After about five minutes, add the thinly sliced spring onions, season with salt, pepper, chakalaka and Worcester sauce and then top with cream. Let something boil down.
  4. Arrange and serve on plates.
