Put the flour on the edge of a bowl, carefully pour the lukewarm water into the center and dissolve the yeast in it. Add oil and salt and knead everything into a dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces and roll them out one after the other on a floured surface. The pastry sheets should be about twice the size of the meat cheese slices plus 1 cm on each side. First put the ajvar or tomato sauce and a little oregano on the dough, then on one side of the meat loaf. The onions and cheese are distributed on top. Now fold the other side of the dough over it and press the edge together well.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper in a preheated oven at 250 ° C for about 12 minutes.
Instead of onions, fine strips of peppers and / or mushrooms can be used.
