  1. Boil the quail eggs for 4-5 minutes. Then cool in cold water and peel.
  2. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Beat an egg into the minced meat, add salt, black pepper, and ground paprika.

  4. Stir the minced meat until the ingredients are evenly distributed among themselves.
  5. Line the sides of the silicone muffin molds (6 pieces) with thin strips of bacon.
  6. Divide the prepared minced meat into molds, using about 2/3 of the total volume of minced meat.
  7. Place one quail egg in the middle of each muffin.

  8. Spread the remaining minced meat on top, covering the eggs with it. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Place the grated cheese in mounds on each muffin.
  9. Bake meat “muffins” in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
