Instructions

1. Boil the penne in salted water and keep it warm in the pot.
2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Wash the rocket, cut into small pieces and add to the minced meat together with the corn, fry and season. Then add the penne and fry with it. Then refine with cream and serve sprinkled with pecorino cheese.
