• 1 kg beef
• 1 kg pork
• 1 kg minced meat, mixed
• 1 kg beef jerky, smoked streaky bacon
• 1 kg tomato (s), without peel
• 1 kg onion (s)
• 1 kg paprika (s), colored
• 4 bottles sauce, (gypsy sauce)

Instructions

1. Cut the beef, pork, and bacon into bite-sized pieces.
2. Dice the onions and paprika peppers.
3. Combine all ingredients except the gypsy sauce in a roasting pan.
4. Roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 1 hour 30 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and stir in the gypsy sauce.
6. Roast for another 30-45 minutes until the pork reaches 63°C (145°F) internally.
