Instructions

  1. Dice small goulash, peeled carrots and potatoes a little larger.
  2. Finely chop the onions and roughly chop the oregano.
  3. Fry the goulash in a pan in a little olive oil until brown, stew for a few minutes and then transfer to a large saucepan. Then fry the minced meat with the onion until brown, add to the goulash.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, puree tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, a little salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, cocoa and water to the meat in the saucepan and stir well.
  5. Simmer everything on a low flame until everything is done; takes about 40 minutes (try the goulash cubes, if they are soft it is good). Stir in between.
  6. Finally try and possibly season with salt and cayenne pepper.
