Instructions

  1. The amounts given here are based on the total amount desired. Please calculate the exact information yourself, e.g. E.g. for 1 kg of finished salad: 333 g meat sausage, 333 g cucumber, 333 g mayonnaise.
  2. First cut the meat sausage into very thin slices with the machine and then into thin strips with the knife. Weighing. Cut the same amount of pickled cucumbers (it must be the thick ones !!!) into equally fine strips. Then squeeze the cucumber (like a damp cloth) and add to the sausage.
  3. Then add the mayonnaise in the same amount. If you want to save calories here, you can also experiment with mayonnaise and yoghurt, Miracel Whip and Majo or the like. That is also possible, but: fat is a flavor carrier and the butchers also work with 80 percent mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let stand for a few hours.
