Peel the kohlrabi and cut into sticks. Cut the meat sausage into not too small cubes.
Put 500 ml of water with vegetable stock in a large saucepan. Add the kohlrabi and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Then add the meat sausage and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in the peas and cook again for another 5 minutes. Then mix the cornstarch with the cream, add to the stew and bring to the boil briefly while stirring. Finally season with pepper.
