- Cut the meat sausage into 3-4 cm long strips.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into roughly 2-3 cm cubes. Cut the red peppers into roughly 2-3 cm chunks. Finely chop the onion.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable stock, crème fraîche, whiskey, soy sauce, dark sauce thickener, pepper, and savory.
- Combine the sausage strips, potato cubes, pepper chunks, and onion in a baking dish. Pour the sauce mixture over everything and mix well.
- Sprinkle the grating cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (356°F) using convection setting for 40-45 minutes.
