Ingredients

• 500 g meat sausae
• 2 red pepper (s)
• 4 potato (s), floury cooking

• 7 tablespoon whiskey, (bourbon)
• 4 tablespoon soy sauce

• 1 pinch savory, rubbed

Instructions

1. Cut the meat sausage into 3-4 cm long strips. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes with the bell pepper and onion. Mix the broth, crème fraîche, whiskey, soy sauce, spices and the sauce thickener in a mug. Mix all ingredients well in a suitable baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Finally sprinkle the cheese on top and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (convection) for 40-45 minutes.
