Put the oil in a saucepan, add the diced onion and the ham pieces and fry. Peel the potatoes, peel the sausage and cut both into cubes. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips.
Add the potatoes to the onions, season and fill up with the meat stock. When the potatoes are almost done, add the Chinese cabbage and the meat sausage and let the soup steep for another 10 minutes.
