Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water until they are firm to the bite.
Fry the meat sausage and onions in oil. Add tomato paste, oregano and garlic and roast briefly. Deglaze with the vegetable stock, add the whipped cream, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the processed cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika. Heat briefly but don`t let it boil anymore.
