Instructions

  1. Peel the sausage, cut into thin slices and place in a small bowl. Cut the onion into rings and mix with the sausage. Chop up the pickles and sprinkle over them.
  2. Make a sauce from salt, pepper, vinegar and oil and mix with the whole thing.
