For the minced steaks, put the minced meat together with the eggs and breadcrumbs in a bowl and stir well. Then add the chopped parsley and the spices according to your taste. When everything is well distributed in the mixture, shape into four roughly equal-sized minced meat steaks and fry them on both sides until they are crispy (tip! Contact grill is perfect for this).
Then we cook up the hollandaise sauce. Drain the mangoes, collect the juice (will still be needed). Chop the mangoes and add them to the sauce. Then wash the chillies and cut them into small pieces. Add the chillies, lemon juice and spices, depending on your taste, to simmer for 5 minutes on a medium heat, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, add the mango juice to the sauce and stir again briefly, then take the pot off the stove right away.
