Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the pan. Crush the clove of garlic and fry until golden brown. Roughly chop broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, bell pepper and onions, add and fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and let it caramelize.
  2. Cut the meat into thin slices across the grain, add and fry briefly. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and immediately deglaze with 1 can (approx. 300 ml) of coconut milk. Season to taste with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce or a pinch of salt and pepper. If the whole thing is too thick, add a little water.
