Heat the oil in the pan. Crush the clove of garlic and fry until golden brown. Roughly chop broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, bell pepper and onions, add and fry for 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and let it caramelize.
Cut the meat into thin slices across the grain, add and fry briefly. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and immediately deglaze with 1 can (approx. 300 ml) of coconut milk. Season to taste with 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce or a pinch of salt and pepper. If the whole thing is too thick, add a little water.
