Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the minced meat. Add eggs, onions, breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons of softened butter, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper and knead everything together. Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and remove the meatballs evenly on all sides. Take the meatballs out of the pan.
  4. Heat 50 g butter in the same pan. Add flour and stir until smooth. Deglaze with beef stock. Pour in the cream and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Add meatballs to the sauce.
  5. Put the cooked noodles, meatballs and sauce in a baking dish and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and spring onions. Gratinate in the preheated oven for 5 - 10 minutes.
