Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into very small pieces and place them in a large bowl with all the ingredients. Squeeze out the soaked bun very well beforehand.
  2. If you like it very spicy, you can add hot paprika powder. Knead the minced meat mixture very well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set up a covered baking sheet.
  4. Shape the meat dough into 7 meatballs and place on the tray, bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. If you don`t like that big, you can form smaller meatballs and use two trays, meatballs are cooked in 25 to 30 minutes.
