Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into small dice
  2. Squeeze the soaked roll very well
  3. In a large bowl, combine minced meat, diced onions, squeezed roll, eggs, breadcrumbs, sour cream, garlic, marjoram, thyme, paprika powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper
  4. If you prefer it spicier, add hot paprika powder, then knead the mixture well
  5. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F)
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and have foil or a lid ready to cover
  7. Dampen your hands with cold water and shape the mixture into 7 meatballs
  8. Place meatballs on the baking sheet and cover with foil or a lid
  9. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes until cooked through
